The inmates who come on board this ship determined to murder everyone in sight are few and far between, and the adjustment between their deaths and coming here is a sharp one.

I do my best to pair you according to the best fit, but I will not preemptively rush pairings. Nor will I allow wardens to immediately go hunting after newly-arrived dead souls before they have a chance to understand what's happened to them. If I wanted to run that sort of show, this ship would look very different.
