I've seen it happen over and over, I've heard about it happening regularly to others before I ever came on board. Some inmate acts out, someone gets hurt or killed, and the warden whose inmate hurt people tells everyone to fuck off and let them handle it and that's supposed to be the end of it. No apologies to the people who got hurt, no reparations or discussions of what the victims want or need. Everyone gets so goddamn worked up about whose fault it is that they forget why we're even here.
