First off: soundproof it, but send a notif to his warden if anyone dies in there with info on who's in the room at that moment. He's asking for the soundproofing for his dog but I realize the opportunity this would present for others. I'd also like to get him some dog food containers for keeping the stuff fresh and fresh supplies, if you don't mind.
Second off: can he get a small yard for his dog attached to his cabin? I've only been here for a couple of months but I've already seen a few situations where getting a dog out to do their business wouldn't be something I'd feel comfortable about and I think his dog is going to be a big help to his mental health going forward.
