I do allow my wardens the latitude to do their jobs as they see fit. But I wouldn't require new permission to be given for an inmate to keep a weapon they already had.

[in other words: if a newly assigned temporary warden felt the need to take away all of their inmate's weapons, he would not stop them.]

If you have someone specific in mind, simply have their warden speak with me.
