Unfortunately, the message was badly scrambled in transmission, so it won't be possible to extract a secret message out of it! Signal boosting might get encoded partial transmissions similar to those received by Jesse Faden (wait/coming/help) with plenty of static and additional garbled/scrambled information that can't be usefully read.
