Where a character gets to live is chosen at random by the Admiral (so that the player can have a choice of where their character lives). As long as Natasha has lived there, however briefly, it's up to you!

Wherever she is, it would be equipped suitably for her to live in, so it can be reasonably assumed her clothes are there.
