Jack is requesting that all booze and other mind altering substances be removed from Gary King's room and person and anywhere he might've stashed it. (Nicotine/cigarette are excepted from this.)

Also, if the Admiral can create what would be a "Warden File", as opposed to an inmate file for Red Hood to give to Gary, he'd appreciate it.
