You want to be left in peace and not receive more requests, and so you're leaving things as is? You'll receive more requests than mine to change the Enclosure. I know several people who will repeat this. You don't have to leave things in place just because it's always been that way. I thought changes and listening to your passengers were part of your new plan.

Explaining the process is a start, but unless you can actually prove any of it, we're still where we started: with an inmate unable to trust you or anyone else on board, because you think other people's right to use the space trumps his right to feel safe here.

And part of the problem, according to him, is the concern that this increases people's feeling of entitlement to use people for their own convenience or amusement. A stepping stone to where he was trapped before the Barge. The Enclosure working differently is never going to allay that worry.
