No. The actual answer is that pieces of it would be simple, such as the courtyard or a few potted trees. Pieces of it would be almost impossible, such as the rain cycle, or an actual sky. None of it is outright impossible, as occasionally cabins do import copies advanced technology or spellcraft that generate weather features... but that normally occurs where they've already existed in the original reality and simply come along with the room itself.
Building exotic cabin alterations from scratch is more complex, and takes more time, effort, and resources. Too much of it taking place in any one cabin can also become a problem. I'll do what I can to support your wardenship of Mr Cipher, but it's a balancing act.
