This is not a request, exactly. But another warden thought I should inform you that I believe that any request for Bliss originates from John Seed, and that several wardens have serious misgivings about this substance being brought to the barge given what I've found out from him and others.

I believe he'd use the substance on others and given the permanent mind-altering qualities of the drug, I don't believe it is safe to have on board, especially in the hands of an inmate. I don't wish to block his religious observance, but he admitted to me that the substance isn't necessary.
