Well, she's fucking fifteen. I know when I was fifteen I wouldn't want any person looking after me when I was that age. And if anyone tried, I'd have ditched them the minute I caught on.

Not to mention that most of the wardens I've seen can't act to stop shit in the moment when they're not there, only react, and sometimes it leaves them demoted. Don't know if it's escaped your all-knowing eye, but most acts of killing don't happen when a nice sweet warden can come and stop it.
