Set up neatly on a table near the water station, ten portable music players (each one can be adapted to use with headphones/earbuds or with small portable speakers, and will play a variety of physical or digital media) are laid out with a clipboard next to them with a checkout sheet for use while in the gym.

At the top of the sheet it states that checking them out is a privilege and can be revoked if they are not treated with care and returned at the end of your session.
