A huge boat (the Barge) underneath an impossibly bright star. The star emits fifteen huge rays of light that strike the Barge. Between the rays, darkness, and distant stars. The Barge exists where it is struck by the rays of light from the huge star above, but where it is in shadow, there are only tiny sprinkles of dim stars -- as though the Barge isn't real when it isn't in the light.
