She's not going to actively hunt down and drag in slackers (in most cases, anyway), but she will very much make them aware that yes, they have a job, she does expect them to do it, here's the schedule, and if they don't show up she's going to get progressively more and more passive-aggressive.
She doesn't expect people to act like they enjoy it, and she's not going to micromanage what they do! But she does at least expect them to show up and put in a token effort. She doesn't want to look incompetent as the supervisor, after all, so she'll put in the work to assist with cleaning as well: though the ship she lived on was much smaller than this, she's well familiar with pitching in to keep the place clean.
Ishmael is scrupulously careful with her supervisor key, and if she's outside her cabin it doesn't leave her person.
