You're good to have anything that would have normally been in the infirmary still in the parts of it that are attached to Julian's cabin! However, any medical supplies would not be automatically refilled.

As for information on the computer, it wouldn't be wiped, but it would no longer have access to the main DS9 computer banks. Any data that is saved on his local terminal would still be accessible, but anything that's saved centrally would be missing
