Inmates dying before arrival: do the wardens know that?
The FAQ says "
The Barge snaps [the inmates] up when they die, or right before they're about to die
". Are the wardens told this? I don't mean just for their assigned inmate, but as a situation that applies to most if not all of the inmates.
