While graduation is entirely a player decision, we discourage a breach character's actions or developments alone from contributing to that goal as they are not actually the character themselves. The character is obviously capable of learning from what a breach version of themselves did, what they felt while they were doing it, and why they did it, and if a player decides that this kind of realization is enough to move a character to graduation, then that falls within your purview. But if it's an action that the player has required necessary for a character to graduate (i.e. a selfless act), again, remember that the breach version of the character is not the character, so the action hasn't actually been willingly accomplished.
