First of all, sorry for the delay in this reply- quite honestly I'd typed it up and thought I'd hit post, but apparently it didn't go through.
Leitner texts can arrive in the barge library, though they will not arrive with the nameplates on them identifying them as having belonged to Leitner's library. They'll instead by fresh copies, though they may by their nature show signs of decay or age.
Texts that are magical as a result of their connections to the entities will be de-fanged (ie, Mister Spider will be a creepy but harmless addition to the children's section.) Texts that contain instructions on how to perform acts of magic, necromancy, etc may contain active guidelines that can be used by a person on the barge (ie, the Bone Turner's Tale.)
