Would inmates be able to make shivs? Examples include: sharpened toothbrushes, razor blades attached to toothbrushes, sharpened bits of thick wire with handles made of tape, sharpened bits of glass and discarded metal. Nothing overly complex, something like one of these.

It may just be easier to steal a knife here but Carol's new and likes to lovingly handcraft her weapons. She'd only be making a couple of them right now and does not currently plan on distributing them on a wider scale (if that changes I'll touch base again).
