My character has a transformation where he turns into a "chainsaw devil" - a form with a lot of chainsaws, fueled by blood. He tends to use this for combat, but it has other uses. Would this be taken away from him or nullified in some way?

ALso, I've posted to the tdm previously with this character but as a warden. I'm planning inmate now. DO I need to post for another sample now that I changed? How old can a tdm sample be?
