I'd been planning on full nerf, no powers whatsoever, like last time, but given the potential of it being a long, long time before he'd ever get them back given the need for a permanent warden, I'm gonna say his Power is active but extremely limited in scope. He can summon his spiders or make something very small float or manipulate a small amount of energy (enough to repair glass maybe or heat up cold coffee), but that's it.

Which means he'll have his full-on addiction and he'll probably be doing more and more small things to test the boundaries and get his "fix".

The limitation from Ben that if he tries to hurt someone it turns into sparkly butterflies should definitely remain, because that was hilarious.
