TLV - Admiral Requests
Post your requests to the Admiral below (and also a note if you would specifically like that request to be rejected), and we will get to them in a timely manner. All Admiral requests (with the exception of Inmate resurrections) must go through this post, and their approval cannot be handwaved. Additionally, requests will only be granted to Wardens.
Unless otherwise specifically noted, all threads on this post are considered to be Private.
Though the Barge does not speak in any traditional way and is not reachable by communicator, it is sentient, and characters occasionally reach out to it via tapping on walls in Morse Code, spelling out messages in alphabet-letter fridge magnets, and other creative methods; if your character decides to try this, those messages may be dropped here as well!

The ship or the Admiral's gonna have to tell him to knock it the fuck off, because Strange is just trying to magically peer into the Engine Room, dispel any magics powering the ship, magically creep on the Admiral, plant a suggestion in the ship's conscious that you should stop by Regency England next, plant a suggestion in the Admiral's conscious that hey, you should try and drop Jonathan Strange off back in his world, break whatever he can break, turn off whatever he magically can turn off, and just be a NUISANCE.
None of it works (unless it would be funny). But again, either the ship or the Admiral's gonna have to tell him to knock it off because Strange is keeping all this magical meddling to himself. ]

The Engine Room and other key-locked areas remain stubbornly impregnable to any sort of remote observation or meddling, although Strange will find that he's able to affect small, publicly accessible objects with his magic -- he can flick light switches on and off, turn water fixtures on and off in the inmate bathrooms, and break or knock over small objects in public areas.
The Admiral makes no comment. Other passengers, however, may notice public objects being broken, meddled with or switched off in annoying ways. Strange will have to negotiate those problems himself.]
