TLV - Admiral Requests

ADMIRAL REQUESTS

New Admiral Request Page Found Here

Post your requests to the Admiral below (and also a note if you would specifically like that request to be rejected), and we will get to them in a timely manner. All Admiral requests (with the exception of Inmate resurrections) must go through this post, and their approval cannot be handwaved. Additionally, requests will only be granted to Wardens.

Unless otherwise specifically noted, all threads on this post are considered to be Private.

Though the Barge does not speak in any traditional way and is not reachable by communicator, it is sentient, and characters occasionally reach out to it via tapping on walls in Morse Code, spelling out messages in alphabet-letter fridge magnets, and other creative methods; if your character decides to try this, those messages may be dropped here as well!

[Well, crap. That doesn't sound great.]

Which thought? The space in the kennels or the alarms?

Or both?

[Four whole alarms, yay. Good thing he's got a good amount to work with from port, and hadn't expected much here.]

I've already promised to keep them out of the greenhouse, since goats'll eat everything in sight.

I'll see what else I can manage with 'em for now. Any hope for something in the future?

You do it for every inmate who comes aboard. I've seen people who have whole houses and yards in their cabins.

Unless that's just the ship doing it, and not you?

[Hell, if there's something different between cabins and the kennel, maybe he'll have to... ask to add onto his cabin. Or ask Steve to change his into a field, or something.]
worthallthis: (look aside)

[So the cabins are different, but not necessarily because the ship does it herself. Hmm.

He's hopeful, anyway, that this might still net him his goat space without having to hog the enclosure or threaten Sweeney and Rags' plants.]

And levels six and seven, though level two's where the kennel is, if that matters.

I'd need a promise from you that any room I pick won't get turned into somebody's cabin when I'm not looking and my goats get shunted to the ether somewhere. I can probably move the furniture out myself, but if adding a window or a patch of lawn or something isn't too hard, that'd be a big help.

[He sure does notice that.]

Then where will they end up if that room gets turned into somebody's cabin, Admiral.
worthallthis: (grin-sarge)

[Christ. That's actually a little funny. Probably not for whoever gets the cabin, though.]

And there's no way you can just mark one particular room as off-limits for dropping new people into?

[Sigh. Oh, well. Some poor newcomer gets to meet goats, apparently.]

I'll put them in 18 on floor 2. Right next to the lifeboat room. If you could at least add a window with some sun, or even a patch of lawn to the room, that'd be helpful. Otherwise I'll get 'em moved over the next couple of days.

Thanks, man.
