TLV - Admiral Requests

ADMIRAL REQUESTS

Old Admiral Request Page Found Here

Post your requests to the Admiral below (and also a note if you would specifically like that request to be rejected), and we will get to them in a timely manner. All Admiral requests (with the exception of Inmate resurrections) must go through this post, and their approval cannot be handwaved. Additionally, requests will only be granted to Wardens.

Unless otherwise specifically noted, all threads on this post are considered to be Private.

Though the Barge does not speak in any traditional way and is not reachable by communicator, it is sentient, and characters occasionally reach out to it via tapping on walls in Morse Code, spelling out messages in alphabet-letter fridge magnets, and other creative methods; if your character decides to try this, those messages may be dropped here as well!

Oh awesome!

Just the tools! I'd like to find the supplies where we can. Maybe at port, maybe on the Barge!

That way, we can get into the habit of making everything from scratch!

Thanks. I think making some of our own things will help build skills and confidence in the long run, for wardens and inmates.

Speaking of! One last request, having to make a reed pond. We can dig the hole, have the design and specs. We just need some piping for the filtering system and the webbing to line the pond with.

Aaaand a couple of plants in particular? Pretty please?

[OOC: No problem! Reeds, particularly the Phragmites australis (common reed), which they're hoping to plant, can overtake a pond and choke out other forms of life if it's not planted carefully in container beds.

As well, they are best suited for shallow water- in this case, 15 cm-40 cm (which is half a foot, to a foot and one inch in depth, though we could go up to two feet in depth at its deepest). The length is likely to be about three feet in width, with the max of four feet in length, but it could made even smaller as needed.

Also, the main reason is to cultivate the plant Aglaophotis and white camilla, as well as other plants that only grow in areas such as a reed pond for cultivation. Certain plants would need the conditions of the reeds for their filteration purposes in order to thrive, but might very well kill the fish.

In short: small shallow pond for cultivation purposes of shallow plants is the idea!]
