All Admiral requests (with the exception of Inmate resurrections) must go through this post, and their approval cannot be handwaved. Additionally, requests will only be granted to Wardens.

Unless otherwise specifically noted, all threads on this post are considered to be Private.

Though the Barge does not speak in any traditional way and is not reachable by communicator, it is sentient, and characters occasionally reach out to it via tapping on walls in Morse Code, spelling out messages in alphabet-letter fridge magnets, and other creative methods; if your character decides to try this, those messages may be dropped here as well!

[He's been meaning to ask it for a while (i.e. the thread about it was back in March, oh my god) but things kept coming up.]

Would it be possible to arrange a-- a brief trip off the ship for an inmate? Like say I wanted to show Yelena my ship, or Sweeney's warden wanted to show him a world where what people believe didn't affect him at all. Would that be possible? Or are inmates unable to leave at all, even supervised?

Not saying we gotta do it now, this is mostly just for planning purposes.

[It takes Thrawn some days to get acclimated to his current status. He needed to independently verify a lot of what he read in Florian Leickenbloom's report, confirm with his own eyes the impossibility of his situation. From there, he had to sit with the knowledge of his own captivity: never a pleasant outcome.

He has yet to properly introduce himself to the rest of his fellow prisoners and guards - inmates and wardens, he recalls the terminology. Perhaps he'll do so in the near future, after he's completed taking the measure of the entire ship.

Which leads him to his next order of business: contacting the person, or creature, who spirited him away.

I've been reading about exercise physiology and there are quite a few published studies on the effectiveness of music on productivity and output when working out. Would it be possible to add some kind of sound system in the gym that had an easy to use interface? I don't want to assume that everyone will like what I choose for a workout playlist, but I think it would make the space more enjoyable if there was some upbeat background noise.

Hello, Admiral, darling! I have a bit of a list this time, so bear with me. Dealing with a cockup involving my inmate, Jacob Seed.

First of all, I'm assigning my inmate physical activity. I told him he needs to run five miles every day for the next week on deck, between the hours of 2pm and 4pm and if he doesn't, he'll be compelled to talk about his feelings for the rest of that day. Anyhoo, that last bit is something I need your help with. So for the next week, feelings compulsion unless he runs five miles between 2 and 4?

Second, and this one's a bit more complicated, I'd like to give people an early warning system regarding my inmate. I'd like him to glow red if he's thinking about harming a person, visible only to the person he's thinking of harming. And I'd like the intensity of the glow to brighten the more intense, immediate, and specific his thoughts of harm are. So for example a general feeling of vaguely wanting to punch someone would get a faint red aura, thoughts regarding taking specific actions to torture someone would get a nice, bright, scarlet signal light. And I'd like that to last until I request it removed.

Could you do those things for me?
