All Admiral requests (with the exception of Inmate resurrections) must go through this post, and their approval cannot be handwaved. Additionally, requests will only be granted to Wardens.

Unless otherwise specifically noted, all threads on this post are considered to be Private.

Though the Barge does not speak in any traditional way and is not reachable by communicator, it is sentient, and characters occasionally reach out to it via tapping on walls in Morse Code, spelling out messages in alphabet-letter fridge magnets, and other creative methods; if your character decides to try this, those messages may be dropped here as well!

Admiral, darling, first of all, thank you for the vote of confidence, giving me a permanent inmate.

Second of all, I know wardens have made requests to use your powers on inmates for punishment. Marks appearing magically on their skin, turning insubstantial when violent, temporarily becoming human, that sort of thing. My question is, hypothetically, could wardens request fun powers for their inmates too? Like give a normal human the temporary ability to fly or communicate with dogs or make any hat look extraordinarily sexy on them? Not that I am asking for any of that right now, just curious if I could.

Third of all, I'd like to request some small bits of wood for Mr. Blanky to use for wood carving. Mostly oak, but a few other types as well, maybe some wood from alien planets, too. Anything that's pretty and can be carved with a normal small knife.

'She's not your inmate, petal, you'll need to take that up with her temporary warden' and then something else in whatever language you speak. Russian? My Slavic is horrendous, it could be Ukrainian instead. But anyway, considering she doesn't have a temporary warden, this is me making the request anyway—and hoping that I've built up enough goodwill that you'll consider it no matter what.

Kikimora has some magic that involves manipulating memories. I'd like to request that whatever that magic is, it becomes fully restored to whatever levels it was back in her world. This is solely the magic for manipulating memories, not any of her other little tricks. And feel free to push the blame solely on me if it goes wrong.

Yoohoo, Admiral! Question for you, darling. If I used my pharadyne projector to take a holographic projection of Mr. Blanky to Flotilla for a bit of closure, while our bodies remain on the ship, in order to aid his path toward graduation, would that, one, be possible, and two, break spacetime?

I suppose one and two sort of go together, but sometimes something's possible, just not a good idea, so I thought it best to ask those as separate questions.

Admiral, sir, I'm afraid I've a bit of a list for you this time. Cabin changes, for myself and Doctor Hilbert.

Please change Hilbert's cabin into something more functional. Décor should be plain, but comfortable. A bed, table and chairs for taking meals, a desk. Please include a chess board and pictures of the various crews of the Hephaestus.

For my own cabin, please add a room off the side containing a functioning laboratory -- proper equipment, sterile environment, refrigeration system. It should be unlocked by my warden item and my item alone.

And finally, will you change my small berth into something resembling an actual bedroom? My room at the Ross' home in London would be wonderful, if you could manage. And, if you would be so kind, also include a space in the corner for meditation? Less English in design and more...ah, mystical Chinese?

Make Will Graham immune to any kind of psychic contact or control. That goes for implanted images or thoughts, forced hallucinations, magical hypnosis or siren powers, the works. Uh, unless he consents to it beforehand, like with Iris's telepathic... whatever. Can you do that? And since we're permanently paired, will you clone his communicator to mine now?

No, Miss Shaw; permanent pairing or no, you may have no more access to his communicator than what you've already been given. And regarding the immunity... I'm not sure you appreciate just how many forms psychic contact can take, and how difficult it would be to account for all of them. It's possible, certainly, but not without using the sort of energy reserved for deals.

I'd like to give Ilde a knife. If you don't have the energy to spare for the physical item, I can give her one of mine. That doesn't matter as much as the restrictions I'd like placed on it.

Just wanna give her something to protect herself with. Or someone else, if it comes up. But don't want to run the risk of something happening where she assaults someone. So would you make it so it can't do damage if she tries to use it for that? Utlity is fine, don't see a problem with that. But otherwise, maybe the blade can blunt, or, hell, disappear or something. Whatever you think is most appropriate.

Do you think it would be reasonable to implement some kind of anti-fight effect inside the Library? Can't land punches or more supposed-to-be-lethal blows, that kind of thing. Or an instant-teleport to a room better suited to taking it.

I understand the intent, but that's a very overbearing amount of control from someone who already has quite a lot, applied rather indiscriminately. But that's when it's coming from me. Keeping things from getting too out of hand is what keyholders are for, duck.

Firstly, I would like to start performing and teaching Alchemy lessons here. However, due to the nature of it, it would require special equipment, labwear, ingredients, and a dedicated room. I imagine this would be rather costly on your part.

Would this be possible over a period of time, and is there anything I could do to help along the process?

You're right, that is a large request. Well, dear, I could find you your specialty supplies. Anything you can do on your own would make it easier, which would speed things up, of course.

As for the room, you could find one in another area or I could expand your cabin. Do tell me which you decide on, and I'll begin moving your supplies in.
